We’re a team of experienced landscapers, specialised tradespeople and civil construction experts who are all passionate about creating outdoor spaces that inspire and bring people together. We work on projects across urban Melbourne as well as the Gippsland region, with offices in both Melbourne and Wonthaggi.
We’ve been doing what we do for more than 30 years. Our experience shows in the quality of our work, which is why our clients keep coming back. Our passion for what we do is a big part of who we are. But what really defines us is how we do it. That’s what sets us apart from the rest.

Angela Glover
Angela brings 18 years’ experience in accounting and finance and oversees all aspects of financial management at Planned Constructions. She is also integral in helping to shape the strategic direction of the business. Angela is valued for her business acumen and excellent communication skills. She is passionate about helping to create employment opportunities in regional communities.
In her personal time, Angela volunteers in support of her local community. She is currently the President of the School Council at the primary school her children attend.
Chief Financial Officer
Glen Warren
With his strong landscaping, civil construction and operational background, Glen very capably leads our project delivery teams in the field. He has more than 25 years’ experience across a variety of industries. To complement his strong technical skills, he has a Certificate IV in both Building & Construction and Project Management, along with qualifications in Supervision. This makes him a valuable asset to Planned Constructions, providing exceptional support to our team and client base.
Glen volunteers in his spare time, helping with construction for important community initiatives, such the Moomba and St Kilda festivals. He’s also volunteered his time for works on the Treasury Building in Melbourne and on fitout and exhibition installation at the National Science Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
Construction Manager
Joe Ray-Angarane
Joe oversees our health, safety, environment and quality compliance. He has studied Environmental Science (majoring in Environmental Sustainability Management) and brings excellent technical and operational experience across key business areas to support the highest compliance levels across our project teams. Joe has experience across multiple industries, including utilities (Melbourne Water) as well as civil construction, with a key focus on natural resource management.
In his spare time, Joe is very active and enjoys the great outdoors. He loves spending time surfing, hiking, travelling and playing football and basketball.
